Young Innovators Climate-KIC

Young Climathon, the final event of the EIT Climate-KIC Young Innovators programme is here!

Students around Cyprus, aged between 12-18 are invited to participate and live the experience.

The Young Climathon entails:

1 day Climate Hackathon

Students work in groups on the food waste thematic challenge and develop sustainable solutions

They start transforming their solution into a project or business idea

Use of innovative and digital technologies

Input from experts, fellow students & entrepreneurs and mentoring from coaches

Students pitch their idea in front of a jury

Awarding the winning team

The final event will take place online and parts of the event will be broadcasted in Young Innovators Cyprus official Facebook page:

1st Place

The 1st winning team will be awarded with a 350 Euros prize and a 150 Euros gift voucher from Foody.
